We need an alternative. War, terror, and propaganda dominate the news. Racism revives and bloody tribalism tears communities apart. Working people are under pressure as costs rise and work hours stretch longer - while all around us our fragile and precious eco-system falls into ruin.
We need an alternative. War, terror, and propaganda dominate the news. Racism revives and bloody tribalism tears communities apart. Working people are under pressure as costs rise and work hours stretch longer - while all around us our fragile and precious eco-system falls into ruin. Not surprisingly religious fundamentalism is on the rise, as apocalypse seems to near.
None of this is necessary. We are imprisoned in an outdated economic system that values competition beyond anything else. But the world economy is already a massive cooperative effort - we need to run it as such instead of in the interests of a tiny parasitic minority.
